Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using www.sciisrisap.com (the "Site") operated by SciisriSap Solar Solutions ("SciisriSap", "we", "us", or "our").
Your access to and use of the Site is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Site and our services.
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Site or use our services.
SciisriSap Solar Solutions provides solar panel installation, maintenance, and related services for residential and commercial properties in Canada. Our services include but are not limited to:
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account on our Site.
You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Site and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use "strong" passwords (passwords that use a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols) with your account.

The Site and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SciisriSap and its licensors. The Site is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both Canada and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of SciisriSap.
You may provide content to the Site, including but not limited to reviews, comments, and feedback ("User Content"). By providing User Content to the Site, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display such content in connection with the Site and our business.

Any estimates provided through our Site or by our representatives are approximations only and subject to change based on site evaluations, material costs, and other factors. Final pricing will be confirmed in a formal written proposal or contract.
All solar installation and service work will be governed by a separate contract that outlines specific terms, conditions, warranties, and payment terms. These Terms of Service are supplemental to, not a replacement for, such contracts.
The Site and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranty of any kind. SciisriSap disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Warranties for installed solar systems and performed services are provided separately in your service contract and/or equipment manufacturer documentation. These warranties are the only warranties provided in connection with our services.
While we provide energy production estimates based on industry standards and available data, actual energy production may vary based on weather patterns, equipment performance, and other factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee specific levels of energy production or savings.
In no event shall SciisriSap, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims, damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our Site or services, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SciisriSap, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the Site.
Our Site may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SciisriSap. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that SciisriSap shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Site and services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including, without limitation, if you breach the Terms.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Site after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Site.
